  •    April 08 Water is on and we have been out turning on water to individuals, the residential area always take some time as we have to go around and around the blocks turning individual houses off. As new people move into the District we have had more instances of people digging up our equipment (pipes, boxes ect.) please call before you dig in the residential area we have lines in most of your back yards so please check before you dig. This time of year it is common to see people running so much water that it is running down the road, this cost the district a lot of money because we have to pump that water. Our single highest expense is pumping water because it uses power, and wears on the pumps. So if you can, please try and keep it in your yard and use the water wisely.

It also talks about District and USBR policy of operating equipment over our easements and lets you know that you must have a permit before you begin.
